No, not in the county of Dorset, but in a road of a similar name where I inspected a mid-terraced house built in the 1960s. It had not fared too badly and I'm pleased to say that I founded largely in good condition and free from major defect. It has clearly been occupied by an elderly person (the stairlift was a bit of a give away) and I suspect that my Client will be making some alterations, renovations and improvements. The house is in a convenient location, so it is easy to get to good local amenities, it has a garage and parking and there are various schools in the area.
