My Client is hoping to purchase the adjoining semi-detached house which he asked me to look at. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac in North West Bristol but, it is a house that really needs a lot of money spending on it. It is not a shed, but it is almost a property that a property speculator could purchase, expand into the roof space to create a fifth bedroom and then sell on.
