The land on which this house that I saw today was known as Little and Great Snowdown, so the name ‘Everest’, is perhaps apt, I almost said ‘alps’! It was an end of terraced property that was in reasonable condition, but equally, a house that really needs modernisation and dragging and screaming into the twenty-first century. It needs it, as it is in a convenient location, a busy-ish road, but parking space is available in the rear garden, that also needs landscaping - it’s just a concrete pad.
