I have been down in the Chew Valley area today and on my way to the property, squirrels were scampering up trees and pheasants flying into hedges as I drove along country lanes with grass growing down the middle of them. It was misty and had been raining, so it was a bit like driving down two rivers. I got there via SatNav, so in effect I was driving blind, but I got there, even though it was a slightly circuitous route. The house was large and light and pleasant. It had a most glorious aspect but, oh dear oh dear oh dear, this must have been one of the best examples of a poorly maintained house I have seen for while. Nevertheless, I know my Clients will be happy with it, even though it probably needs most things doing to it.
