I found myself today up on the banks of the River Seven slightly north of the market town of Thornbury where my Client was hoping to dispose of his property, so, quite naturally he wanted a valuation. He and his family have lived there for a number of years so I shall have to think hard and long about its value because, there's very little about of this calibre that is currently on the market in such an interesting situation.
